Server crashes durring Palace of the Dead

The server on Sargatanas palace of the dead crashed last night 1-23-17 at approximately 10:30 PST. My party and I were kicked out of Palace of the Dead and now it says we failed it and have to start at 50 again.

Steps:
The server crashed and disconnected us while we were in the middle of floor 146 of Palace of the Dead. The whole party disconnected, which ended in a "failed" PotD run. We were unable to log back on again for about 15mins, due to server congestion. When we did get on, after being behind 400 other people in queque, the run had failed. Contacted a GM that redirected us to this forum and to post it here.
Please help us fix this!
