Maybe the Flan can have lots of bling and be named Flanboyant.

Yes, a few more open world NMs would be cool.
Needs moar wyrms..
Not here to shoot anyone down :/ If you guys are content with that then fine, but I'd rather wait for something more challenging and fun than settling for a trash NM right now.

in the letter from the producer it said there will be no new dungeon in 1.20, this is nothing that can be done for that right now. we can ask "we want a new dungeon" but to write the code for a new dungeon, can't written over night, i guessing OP understands this. in a perfect world i bet OP as well as most ppl would love a new dungeon, sometimes things just arn't possible. so as an open world NM would be very easy to program. it is not a big ask, to ask for something to tide ppl over. nobody is saying take ppl off the dungeon team and delay it, or that an NM is their dream content what there saying is. its something
i'm getting the idea with you, "its all or nothing"

What I have shown you is reality. What you remember, that is the illusion.
I fully understand what's being said; and you're right, it would be nice to have something fun to do for the time being, even if it wasn't amazing and extremely challenging. But if they did put in something like a Pudding NM, it would only last maybe a week at most before it got monotonous, since it probably wouldn't take long to defeat :Iin the letter from the producer it said there will be no new dungeon in 1.20, this is nothing that can be done for that right now. we can ask "we want a new dungeon" but to write the code for a new dungeon, can't written over night, i guessing OP understands this. in a perfect world i bet OP as well as most ppl would love a new dungeon, sometimes things just arn't possible. so as an open world NM would be very easy to program. it is not a big ask, to ask for something to tide ppl over. nobody is saying take ppl off the dungeon team and delay it, or that an NM is their dream content what there saying is. its something

Something like Ifrit, while hard, isn't extremely challenging, and it's gotten monotonous after the 3rd week of farming. At this point I'm sure most people are only killing it because some players are getting boned by the ridiculous loot system.
Either way, it seems like I'm the minority in this anyways, which is fine. But I just don't want to see time (however short) put into something that won't really see much attention in the end.

- People farmed NM's (which you would call trash NM's) for months.
- These took just as long to kill as Ifrit did.
- Both get monotonous after a certain point of farming.
- Farming 1 thing has (just by sheer logic) to be more monotonous than farming multiple things.
Adding new NM's, helps give those at endgame a variety of goals no matter how much "trash" they are. Which by the way is ridiculous, they don't have to be trash encounters just because they don't have unique triggers what a crock of WoW-logic. Mobs in this game have plenty of interesting abilities I'd like to see put in an endgame encounter at their most powerful.
I can think of many examples from MMO's where recycled mob types have made better examples of endgame encounters than some gimmicky fight where you can't step on the blue fire.
I think killing the Great Buffalo before their nerf (breaking the horns for drops) was a more fulfilling and challenging accomplishment than it is now killing Ifrit with 8.

Your attitude sucks. Nadia has shown incredible restraint in being as polite as she has, considering the way you have addressed her. You seem to have an inferiority complex, given the way you fly off the handle whenever you're confronted with someone from a so-called 'elite' linkshell. Are you new to the game?

Remove that chip from your shoulder.
There's multiple dungeons in the .dats already developed that they're not using. They could easily open one up and fill it full of mobs and chests like Sposhae. It doesn't have to be developed overnight, it's already done.in the letter from the producer it said there will be no new dungeon in 1.20, this is nothing that can be done for that right now. we can ask "we want a new dungeon" but to write the code for a new dungeon, can't written over night, i guessing OP understands this. in a perfect world i bet OP as well as most ppl would love a new dungeon, sometimes things just arn't possible. so as an open world NM would be very easy to program. it is not a big ask, to ask for something to tide ppl over. nobody is saying take ppl off the dungeon team and delay it, or that an NM is their dream content what there saying is. its something

i'm guessing there is a reason for them not releasing them, its not like they want us to pay subs next month, so why give us content? @thefathouscat, i can see what you mean and too a degree i agree. but the world would be very empty if this was the devs thoughts on NMs
