There is no need to release a benchmark without graphical improvements. HW got a bench because of the DX11 improvements of the client. If SB won't see any graphical iomprovements there will be no need for a benchmark. Aside from the minimum requirement bump there is no other hint on upcoming graphical improvements. There was a HUGE change in minimum requirements, so of course a benchmark is needed.

If the areas are designed within the capabilities of the PS4, then likely yes.
