Looking for a laid back, populated FC

I've been out of FFXIV for a few years and just came back to find that my old FC was pretty much dead (like 70 members, 50 of whom hadn't been on in over two years, and only two of whom had been on in the past month). I've got three IRL friends who also play on Balmung, so I'll likely bring them along if I find a good FC to join.

My favorite guild ever was on WoW's Moon Guard server - about a dozen people that were on daily, and another 30-40 that were on at least weekly. Enough people that you could always find enough people to do a 5-man dungeon, we could usually get enough for 10-man raids, but it wasn't so raid-oriented that that was all that ever happened, nor was it so overcrowded as to feel like nobody knew each other.

Does anyone know of a similar FC on Balmung? Smallish, friendly, and semi-casual? RP is fine as long as OOC chatter is also allowed.

check out your server party finder, also your server official forum, else shout "look for big/populatd fc" on main cities

Oh, good idea - I'll see if I can get anything with the party finder.
