Unable to trade pvp equip for gc seals

Is this normal ? it's i lvl 235 so we should be able to sell it to our GC :/

Can't usually trade newer items for seals. Like 250 alex gear still isn't tradeable yet. They will be able to be traded later probably.

you might need to wait some time before you ca turn em in, lower ilvl doesnt neccessarily means "can be traded", i think it depends on their release, if such item is 1-2 patches old or something like that

Yes it is normal.
Anything new could never be sold for GC seals.
Like how city gear was outdated in 3.4 but we did not get to sell it till now in 3.5
it is the highest level pvp gear so of course you can't gc seal it, its even higher then lore pve gear something i find odd, made lore worthless and making the lore mats tank.
