Paladin Relic

Hi there,

I havnt played my Paladin much in a while but I have been getting back into it and looking to get the relic. I was just wondering what stats to put in the pld relic? I would have assumed crit/det but if I recall correctly, there was some sort of change to skill speed and sword oath in 3.4? Was this change big enough to warrant a change in relic stats to like crit/ss or is crit/det still the way to go?

Skillspeed over Crit/Det on all your gear cuts your potential DPS by maybe a few dozen.

Clarifying from the previous posts, SkS is likely found from other parts and PLD can work with minimal SkS mostly for the Goring ticks; more SkS means you will clip Goring earlier and you lose damage from that. Other than that, PLD has the most issue with TP consumption. Hence the Crit/Det.

Getting back on point, the secondary stats have so little value in the quantities that you can assign that it doesn't really matter. If you're min/maxing, Crit and Det are your friends, but outside of that? /shrug

Or, just maybe you can understand that a simple comment on a forum doesn't equate to a direct attack on you or your feelings. I know it's a hard to comprehend, but the world doesn't revolve around you. I too have lost ppl to cancer. Am I butthurt at his comment? No! Because he wasn't attacking anyone.
