    If anything Shinryu will probably appear after Omega Weapon, probably as the reason why it'll disappear from the Main Scenario to later become the 8-man raid.

    Whether Shinryu will be a part of the raid or be saved for the next expansion...well we need to see if it actually appears.

    On Rhaglr, between the Ala Mhigans dieing words and Ilbred being an extremist for the liberation of Ala Mhigo its about a 90% chance of being either Rhalgr or surprise Ramuh. It COULD be something else but the evidence isn't pointing to many other possiblities. I'd also like to point out that this is just using in-game lore. Shinryu has not appeared at all unless one of the remaing First Brood has changed its name from what we currently know. Personally if it isn't Rhalgr I'd say its literally Dalamud as a Primal. It already has a cult to flock to its protection at that.
