is there a way to play ffxiv on pc without buying game again?

I used to use controller on ps4 and keyboard on pc. I like joystick movement and 1 to = hotkeys..(Too bad theres no hybrid) Ps4 can have those options if your using kb instead of controller.

You able to use controller and keyboard at the same time. I actually use controller, keyboard and gaming mouse buttons. But i also play at a desk PS4 connected to one monitor and PC on the other monitor.
