Loot rules improvement for Alex and future raids

    Good day

Im sure already were created a lot of threads about the loot rules improvements, so, let me create one more with my idea

There is a great problem for me I see in the current loot rules. Lets see

I play with a const-party and clear the the raids with it. What does it means? It means, that I cant to go to the raid with another party to help. Why? Because of the chests. If I will clear a raid with another party, so I will get only one with my static. This is the main problem- players are chained to their groups.

Here is my idea to make the situation better- NO LOOT RULE
How will it work (as I see it)? Simple. Raid-leader launch the instance and the usual ENTER-menu appears. But Raid-leader will have option to tune the loot for the players (via check boxes). He will check the boxes on players, who will be able to get the loot (book and from the chest) and uncheck the players, who will not be able to get book and loot from the chest. After that, the NO-YES notification will appear on the party members screen (agree or not with the loot rules). So, the player who will clear the raid with a NO LOOT will not get the loot CD

I think, that is is a great idea to improve the cooperation between the players

Why go over the raid leader instead of just using the same automated systems already in place?

Mhachi Matter drops once a week in the 24 man raids. You can only get one item per week in the normal mode raids, then not roll on anything else. Combine the two for the Savage raids and you're done.

I'm no fan of the Savage loot system, but the difference is you are guaranteed up to one item in the 24 (you are guaranteed an item if you run it enough times); but what you are guaranteed in savage is the chance to see and roll on the loot once; and if you run again, unlike the 24s, you're not entitled to roll on anything. It would be a substantial reward change that encourages people to run each floor multiple times to get the piece they want. Everyone with sufficient time and willpower will get a piece every week. And I like it! People can run the same floor with several different parties if necessary.

Unfortunately this makes it way easier for people to grind supposedly the best gear in the game. The 24man system only works because they aren't the best. It means way less playing time from players and I'm not sure if SE would like that. You get 2 random loots with tokens to buy the loots. By 3 months after you clear, you should have all the pieces you need and more. Imagine if you do it so that everyone gets 1 loot each week, you are reducing the gearing time by at least 1/3 of that, very possibly even earlier than that too. For a game with 3 months cycle per big patch, that's an atrocious design. You are talking about 1 month of gearing and afking for the rest of the months till next raid patch.

This system of yours also encourages people to selling runs more than ever, sometimes with real money too. A big one for gil seller too if I may say. FYI, FCoB in 2.5 raked in a lot of carry buyers because FCoB became farmable. For people to readily get the best gear relatively easy makes it a huge den of buying/selling with gil/real money. If you see 3.x, raid tiers hasn't been restricted for the farm until next raid tier is out. Something to think about. Even with the current system, it is already hard enough for SE to track, people have been absolutely buying/selling for gils/real money etc.

This RNG is absolute BS. I've been farming A9-12N for lights and tarnished drops for a week now. You would expect to get one drop every two runs, right? 4 drops per run, 8 people. Law of Averages, etc.
    Not a chance.
1 pedal, 3 chains and two bolts. That's it. If I see another loot roll below 90, I'm about ready to toss my monitor out the window.

We want guaranteed tokens, not this f***ed up RNG fest.
