Stormblood Multipack

Hello,

Is SE considering a pack for people that like to play Stormblood on all platforms? Depending on where I am and availability, I play on PS4, Mac or PC. Would definitely want something along those lines. I really don't want to pay $280 for all 3 licenses (Collector's Edition Physical + 2x Digital Downloads).

Didn't happen for the past ones, don't see it happening for Stormblood.

Unless the potential demographic of people interested in buying the expansion 3 times at launch is large enough to be worth them arranging a multi-pack SKU, I would settle for getting Stormblood for the platform you play on the most (or the platform you're pre-ordering the CE for, if they're mutually exclusive), and stagger purchasing the other two licenses as it becomes financially viable. You'll still have access to the game on every platform you have the game for, you just won't be able to access the Stormblood content on them. It's not ideal, but, it's something.

On top of that, if they made a multi-pack for PC, Mac, and PS4... and you're also wanting a physical collector's edition, you'd be stuck with an extra license for one of them. However unlikely it is that they'd offer a 3-platform pack, I'm pretty sure the odds are even worse that they'd tie that into a physical collector's edition as well, as the potential demographic for that is likely even smaller.

I wouldn't mind getting it both for PC and PS4 (for less than what it costs to buy both separately), so I can have my PS4 as a backup to play the game on if something messes up on my PC...

Sadly I have to agree with both RexVex and Seig. Unless there's a surprise announcement in the coming months from SE. For me is not really a question of money but of fan service. When I'm traveling I usually just carry my macbook. At home I play on PC when I'm alone or in the living room (PS4) when I'm watching my kids.

Yea I don't see SE doing that, I doubt many people play all 3 platforms. Also paying $280 would be a choice cause just the 3 standard versions would only be $120, so guess it depends on how bad you want the CE I personally find it overpriced.

I doubt it, there isn't even an option for PS3 version. A while after ARR released, physical copies got real cheap, people bought them up to do the referral a friend. Same thing might happen for SB.
