    Promoting mediocrity, why?

Time and again SE promotes mediocrity, why? In PvE we got the huge gap between casual content and savage mode with no middle ground for people to go from casual content to hard content that requires some sort of dedication (an issue that has been raised many times mind you, not just my own opinion)
Parsers aren't allowed because it would hurt the bad players' feelings but at the same time not allow them to improve either, making them think they play their class properly

And now in PvP (specifically The Feast) chat is removed because 5 snowflakes got their feelings hurt by being called out for being bad
    >>>>IN A RANKED MODE<<<<
there is no longer ANY way to let the bad people know if they did it properly or not, you can't make any strategy before the match starts, or tell the AST to use a stance because he still didn't put one on, you can't tell the tank to not take 10 medal stacks ( or start taking any medals if he doesn't do that) etc etc. they will remain bad and wont improve because how can they? the new feast macroes does nothing, they are useless. If people can't handle being told what to do because they're not playing right, ranked mode is not for them.

If we had any competent GMs that WOULD SIMPLY BAN THE TOXIC PEOPLE instead of the people being helpful we would literally not need any sort of chat restriction, i still see people who are/was being openly toxic in matches (and got reported by several) go unpunished, while a poor soul who spammed a "Stand in prism" macro getting a warning for "spam"

Get it together SE, stop blaming your players and fix your own issues in a proper non-sloppy way, you're a multi-billionaire company why do you need us to tell you how to make basic design changes? Forever be known as the pegi3 game that promotes mediocrity, or start listening to your players.
