Barely anyone comes to the forum only to say "I'm so happy here! I never need anything new ever again!". People usually come because they have an issue.
Pretty much this. I used to work at a call center for credit card servicing. People typically don't call just to talk, they call only if they have a problem and want to change the way the company runs a specific service. As much as I think the forums are optimal for showing the best and worst of the community, this right here is the reason why.
