    Uh....Storm's Eye SHOULD be used by a Warrior. It is a DPS loss for a Ninja to add it to their rotation, where it is natural for a WAR.

    It isn't "less optimal" for a Warrior to apply the slash debuff, that's exactly what should be happening for optimal DPS, so that the Ninja can focus on pumping out more damage.
