I have my fishing retainer at 60, though not geared up well yet. I've been sending her out on Waterside Exploration XV and XIV ventures in hopes of getting Young Water Lilies, but she only ever brings back fish.

She's obviously well over the gear requirement for those ventures--she has 406 gathering in my leftover pre-60 gear. Are the Young Water Lilies just that rare or does she still need better gear for those ARR level ventures?
