    I can't trade npc Morel for blue scrip

    Only can't trade Blue scrip item Morel. I could trade Curprite. Collectability is higher than required and not full my blue scrips. It happened early morning around 2- 3 am GMT. I tried relog, zone, still can't trade only Morel.
