I feel like there needs to be some sort of player monitored "policing" in Feast, since the Dev/GM team clearly do not want to deal with the insurmountable harassment tickets they must be receiving.

Something akin to the Commendation system we have, but rather it's an Unsportsmanlike Conduct mark you can hand out at the end of the match. This would be on maybe a 2 hour CD, so use it sparingly. If a player receives X amount of marks in a time period, their ability to chat in Feast is TEMPORARILY restricted.

Could this be abused? Sure, no more than the vote dismissed system we already have.
