No, not really. I mean, people DO constantly hang out in my yard and house, but I actually like that. I'm happy they love the look of it or feel comfy enough there to keep returning
And I take it as a compliment and enjoy the company and little conversations that start because of it.

That said, ERP is not something I'd want to see there, and it has been jarring coming online only to recieve a /tell "Oh btw, your bed is really comfy, we had a lot of "fun" on it...( ͡° ͜ʖ ͡°)" or to come home after a long day of grinding to log off at home and find people erping in my bathtub..>.> It's been rare enough though to not warrant locking my house to all visitors.

As for solutions to your problem:
Lock your house so they can't get inside. If they are being harmless in the yard, learn to apprechiate howw lively it feels with them around^^
If they are being creepy and/or think they need to erp there, report them for that, as sexual talk in a public chat is forbidden anyway.

I had a player who owns a house right above mine demand I take down my chimney because it was in their "view" of the water...

...needless to say, I ended up getting one of those Adventurer house skins with an animated chimney that was almost 2x taller than my old chimney. Oops.

It actually does, and you're a good person! I came across a neighbor's plants wilting with the horrible purple mist; I watered them and that cleared it up, so I know watering others' plants does work.

Or you could have just, you know, declined like a normal person, if you cared about your chimney so much? I really don't get why being horrible to your fellow neighbours is considered commendable in any way

When the house across the stream from my house got resold, first thing I did was find the new owner and ask him what kind of yard decorations he was planning on putting up.
Along with asking him to not use crazy glowing stuff if he wouldn't mind. He didn't mind, and now we have two beautiful, natural gardens next to the river
If he had said no though, there is absolutely nothing I could have done about it. And that's fine. It's a question, and unless it's something one cares about, I don't see any reason to keep inconveniencing the one asking.
But if it's something they care about, well, I'll just have to deal with it, that's how life works.
I just expect people to be mature enough to politely decline something they don't want instead of the "now more than ever" attitute of a defiant child by making everything as unbearable for someone else as possible...

That's just a bratty, entitled mentality. If Chevronone wants a chimney he bought on the house he bought, he can have that chimney.

I HAD NO IDEA! Guess I know what I'm gonna do when I'm bored. Gonna water all of the plants! \o/

I've been having the same problem. My neighbor lets out his Miqo'te every so often, and I keep finding them laying in my yard and killing the grass. Sometimes I hear them doing that weird meow at night when they're in heat. It sucks having to get up in the middle of the night to turn the hose on them.

Moreover, the occasional Beastman "merchant" likes to ride through the street with his supply carriage. They like to play that awful music the kids listen to nowadays. If the Flames weren't so busy, I'd bribe them to get rid of the rabble.

Yikes that is presumptuous and annoying as hell, my dude. They probably only complied because they didn't want to listen to any whining about what they did with their yard that they bought and paid for themselves.

You sound like one of those people IRL who calls Bylaw when their neighbors do yard work they don't like.

There is some outdoor furnishing that you can even place such as one side of them is on your neighboor's terrain.
    For example the Living Arch:

You can place it so one end is on your lawn, and the other end on your neighboor's lawn. Allowing for a friendly bridge, at least if it is consensual
