Parasite Eve was not even in PAL regions. Could never buy it in Australia, so I assume it was never localised for Europe.
There is more work done on the SaGa series with Scarlet Grace and now The Stage, live action Romancing SaGa 3. Parasite Eve is how old, and now seems a forgotten IP like Vagrant Story :/. I am Setsuna is getting more love with its' Switch version(new PVP mode).

Looking at the particular outfit, I can say yes. I do want this.

The second boss in Sohm Al Hard (Spelling?)
Looked like a cross between Shin Godzilla and the Alligator that you fight in the sewers at the start of the first game.
They don't make games like this anymore... :c
You're missing out, it's available on PSN and easily emulated, it's really short too but in a short and sweet way, like 9-10 hoursI remebered this game. Never played it but a friend would tell me about it. Also knowing that a dlc outfit was available for lightning in Dissidia Duodecim, but looking at the outfit i would like to get it in game or a version of it. Maybe, maybe not? What does community think?
Right in the feels. Luckily I still have my PS1 copies and a PS2 to play it on.The second boss in Sohm Al Hard (Spelling?)

Emulated it for the first time in forever around Christmas last month, was ever better playing it the second time
All the PE games had magic, it was the reason why Aya had powers, all the spells in that game were very similiar to Final Fantasy's too. (Heal, Heal 2, Heal 3)
That's why there's MP in the alligator screenshot.
Yeah, what I mean is that Parasite Eve lore didn't treat it as magic in the same way Final Fantasy does. Even in XIII, which is very sci-fi-ish, magic is not explained by science. In the case of PE, as Miles pointed out:
The acronyms might be the same, but what they mean is different. The magic in PE doesn't come from the planet or some supernatural force such as the Mist. It's not magic per say, but rather abilities granted by science.Technically, Aya had Parasite Energy powers, allowing her to tap into her mitochondria to use many kinds of abilities. It was basically magic in a different name. The first game used PE (Parasite Energy), but the sequel used a more traditional MP (Mitochondria Points) branding.
The DLC in 012 was to promote The 3rd Birthday (a.k.a. PE3), which was released for the PSP. PE3 also had a Lightning DLC.
I just don't think that would make a whole lot of sense. It was very easy to explain FFXIII's event and the outfits don't look out of place in XIV, but it could be more difficult with Parasite Eve. Not even because of the rating, but bc it has little to no fantasy elements. IIRC PE has magic (or at least the second did?), but its lore doesn't treat as something coming from the aether.
