Questions regarding Stormblood Pre-orders or Collector's Edition

Preordered back in February, was charged on the spot as well due to ordering a chocobo plush in the same cart. Mog Station hasn't updated yet that I have early access, nor any sign of having Stormblood on my account at all. I've registered the game code and the early access code. Does anyone know when those things will update? I'm afraid something's wrong and I won't be in on early access

I don't know what platform you're on, if you ordered physical or digital copy etc. I can just explain it for PC via the Square Enix Store.

If you pre ordered the expansion, you have gotten an e-mail that confirms your purchase, this e-mail will have a 18 digit code in it, you need to go to the redeem webpage and enter that code, this code then generates another code.

Now open the mog station, click account, double check if it's the right account if you have more then one, click on add early access code (do not click enter item code, that's a different thing). Confirm, and follow the on screen instructions. After that, it will tell you thank you for registering your early access code, also you have gotten another email by that time, that confirms the code you generated as you redeemed your product key.

This code is different from the actual cd key/product registration key or whatever you want to call that. So don't mix up the codes, might want to double check.

Now if you click on account again on the mog station, there should be a little O next to the stormblood expansion and that's it. If you ordered collectors editions you'll be able to redeem that code at the launch of the expansion (June 20th) via the enter item code button.

In your case, if you log on the mog station and still see the enter code for early access button, then you have not done it correctly since that button disappears upon successfully registration. This might be different when it comes to other platforms then pc.

I followed the directions. I put the 20 digit code into Mog Station and hit enter, but the code was invalid. I rechecked and I still don't have the Early Access under Platform in my Service Account. Is this bugged? I mean I just pre-ordered yesterday.

If I pre-Order FFXIV Complete for MacOS Digital Download, will I be able to play ARR and HW immediately, or will the entire game be unplayable or downloadable until 6/20? I already have an existing ARR and HW subscription.

The complete edition comes out the 20th and is a bundle so would have to wait.

I pre-ordered the digital version off Amazon (I figured I would to kill two birds with one stone for the promotion, and I'd just upgrade to CE later). Anyways, I was wondering how pre-ordering off Amazon would work with Early Access?? It says "available June 20th"... how do I get into Early Access, will they just... send me the game download early since I pre-ordered? It's confusing.

They should email you a pre-order code ahead of time that will get you early access, and then send you the full registration code on the 20th.

It does state "When applicable, use the DOWNLOAD button to download your product and click UNLOCK THE ACTIVATION KEY to obtain your activation key." However, there is no button for me to "UNLOCK THE ACTIVATION KEY". Just wondering if anyone who pre-ordered through SE Store got their keys yet, or will they be distributed at 2AM PDT when EA starts?

Everything you didn't get I got. Recommend that you verify that you payment went through. I received my pre-order keys right after ordering. Log into the store and go to "My Orders" page. It should show you order with an "Unlock Code" link below the name. click on the and it will give you the early access code

I have confirmed the purchase shows as validated on my account page, and the money processed thru my bank account. When i hit "Unlock Code" it doesn't give me a code, just takes me to a download page for the client as stated before. Where should the code be when I hit "Unlock Code"? Like a pop up, or on the screen that has a button for "Instructions"?
