Steps:
-Equip Aura Pulse (i.e. /eaction 9 "Aura Pulse")
-Use Aura Pulse on a valid target (i.e. on Young Raptor)

Expected Result: Icon will display a recast of 10 seconds.

Actual Result: Icon incorrectly displays a recast of 1 second. Note that you still cannot use Aura Pulse again until 10 seconds have passed.
