Improvements for forming a party via PF, DF, RF

As for a farming achievements, I think, that it is not too balanced in my idea. I mean a player with one kill is still not a farmer- maybe he was lying all the fight. But 5 kills- too much. I think, that my idea about 1,5,10 kill achievements can be changed on 1,3,5

i245 can clear A12S dummy if a person knows their job.

Try to make it by monk (a12s in 245ilvl)
