Make Player Search require some progress in the main questline

Don't some bots already go through some of the story? I've seen people post vids of floating black mages.

What's good times is going to any starter city, standing by the main aetheryte and turn on idling camera. You are guaranteed to focus in on bots being stored in the general area at least once.
