I waiting for new, groundbreaking, wowlike rpg to quit this game. I wanna start from first day and be one the best. Any particular information about it?.

until the servers shut down :P
A good Warhammer/40k MMO.
In a specific sense, failure to do anything about the hotbar bloat in Stormblood will definitely put me off playing for good. This is the only game that reduces me to clicking simply because I don't have enough keybinds to stick everything, even WITH a twelve-button Logitech mouse, and that frustrates me to no end. Why do DRGs need four buttons for what is essentially a singular DPS addition? Why do healers need an insane amount of active HPS cooldowns, when their basic kit is already powerful enough to deal with pretty much everything but the kitchen sink? So many of these feel like "buttons just for the sake of buttons", and I really hope this is looked at in 4.0.
The massive focus on healers constantly doing DPS in all difficulty levels of content will also be another nail in the coffin. I don't like it, I've never liked it, I do it anyway because I hate being bad at games more, but it's pushing me away from the game more and more the longer it continues to go on. If they don't change it because most people like it, that's fine, but it'll be a pretty clear signal that this just isn't a game I feel like playing anymore.
These are two specific examples, but in reality I think my biggest issue is just that the general ease of access for this game is so high that it does lead to a lack of long-term engagement, in the end. The two issues I listed above could arguably be the RESULT of said ease-of-access, but I won't bore everyone further with a diatribe on the subject. Suffice it to say, if this game doesn't start to provide some level of challenge for the non-raider, Stormblood will likely be my last expansion here.
So long as I have Roes, I'll keep playing.![]()
Summoner is in an unusual place at the moment in relation to it's iconic self. Some people love it, others hate it, probably even more are indifferent. I am okay with it as I have been a summoner main since FFXI and the future Egi glamour skins coming will alleviate the absence of primal summons we most likely were supposed to get, even if it is only superficial.
That being said, if I am being completely honest with myself... if SE somehow found a way to make this iteration of summoner even LESS of a summoner than it already is I think I would be done D: as long as we either keep moving forward or perhaps even if we comfortably rest on our laurels I would be modestly content.
Currently Playing: Blue Revolver
Pokemon MMO. i would swap to that so fast!
Death of all Servers (120% chance)
Character gets Deleted "somehow" (99.99% chance, the .01 being if SE can recover it fully)
They break every class with their "Combat change's " in 4.0 (80% chance)
Nudity & forced player slavery/prositusion added (75% chance, depends on implimentation may go 2,000%)
Any more "find the Moogle" quests, the non-crafter ones (45% chance, raises by 5% for every 4 quests like it)
For everything else their Kopo-card
What some see as "distracted" is really "fathoming the unfathomable" - last words from an Ul'dahn Mercurial Chemister at the battle of Carteneau
If it follows in the footsteps of SWTOR. Cash shop > all else, abandoned endgame, pitiful content releases, terrible decisions, bugs everywhere, etc.
Thankfully as of now FFXIV avoids all of those. So I think I'm good here for a while.
