In my opinion, it won't be a good choice expecially if in other Datacenter people actually like SR more than Shatter,
Duty roulette should help people to make both pop, but the reward is locked for just 1 match a day.
A fix could be giving a costant small reward for DR queue instead of queueing for a specific mode,
something like "+500 Wolf Marks if you win, +200 Wolf Marks if 2nd or 3rd"
I don't think that pvper do PvP content just to farm Wolf Marks (I'm not saying that they are useless), so they can queue for their favourite mode,
instead Garo boys will help to face 2 different scenarios helping both content to pop and receiving a bonus WM for their armors.
