
People want to play a game they have invested in. They want the company to improve the service that is very clearly failing them.Stuff happens. If someone is really upset about not receiving what they deem as the "proper" service for a product they're paying for (and it happens often). Then logical thing is to quit paying for it and move on, maybe try to get a refund after unsubbing from the product.
The idea that anyone is offended at this is contrarian at the very best.
