Have you even tried to directly contact SE? I have. Good luck with that if you try. Have you ever been hung up on for a simple complaint by a corporation of decent standing? SE reps do that with regularity, but keep defending them like you are getting paid to do it. Ya'll crazy.

Yes I have and rarely have I had a problem getting a hold of them but then again I'm not yelling at them either.

others on this thread assume you yell at SQ because the posts you make seethe with hostility; mostly towards people, random strangers, that are probably having the same problems and pay the same rate, if this is the way you treat those sharing the same problems as you, those same people that you vent your anger at can only imagine how bad you are towards those that may be the cause of your stress.

Actually, I get that impression based on your refusal to accept any other narrative except "the devs and/or Sqaure Enix are drooling idiots." Your subsequent cries of white knighting only had credence you just want something to scream at. Maybe servers do need to be better structured, but that isn't something you do in patch cycles. On the other hand, it could very well be constant updates put strain on the code and they need to test limits. Those are only two possibilities of many, but forgive me. I'm just white knighting the big bad corporation. Far be it letting critical thinking to get in the way of shouting "the devs are morons!!!!!!"

Not saying your personally yelling at them but I'm sure they get a good amount that do and I was pointing out it not really that hard to get a hold of SE support.
