Sounds like you are more emotionally invested in a simple issue than I am lol. I just understand shit happens, since I work on server hardware for a living. It breaks, code breaks, its not perfect.Sorry I have expectations that a service I pay for wont Trump the bed repeatedly. Its like they either refuse to learn from past mistakes, or do not invest properly in their testing process and you the consumer gets to pay for it.
I have no idea whats wrong with people that defend garbage service from am unfeeling bottom dollar corporation. Get your head checked and let the rest of us hold them accountable as consumers should.
