New Cross Server PF should be more intuitive

I see a BUNCH of groups recruiting for the same thing, some have 1-2 players some have more. Why can't the system be more intuitive and merge these folks if they are still in search for members mode after a certain amount of time? Or at least have a pop up asking if they want their parties merged

There's probably a reason.

Don't meet Ilvl requirement
Healers or tanks that don't fit into existing parties because the slots are filled
The specific job they are playing is excluded/locked out from the slot
Clear parties
Learning parties
Farm parties
Someone they hate is in the other party/they might be blacklisted from joining
They just left that group and don't like it so they make their own group

I hate that I can't send a /tell to PF leaders once you join a cross server group. Like oh man, I wish I can ask that lone tank to join my group, but the only way I can tell him is if I leave my group. Makes no sense.
