Zurvanite points or shire knives (nin)

I know that primary stats have priority, but, Zurvanite points have a good seconds stats combanitations... is worth it get this instead?

Augmented Shire Knives is better so if you already have them/have the shire version ready to be upgraded they are better. But if you don't have the shire knives spend the scriptures on other stuff instead, the difference is close to negliable.
