Remember for statics that this feature isn't going away. You can form a cross-server static, now!I guess someone would do that if he wants to meet and make new in-game friends to play on his server, as in looking beyond just to make a one time Pug.
Still I do no think it will go back much to the "world-only" parties.
I guess most of the Khloe, Bird Farms or equivalent might become done in cross-world, because people only care about doing a temporary objective asap,
While Raiding parties will be spread between Datacenter and World, between those who might be more inclined to look within their server in a more "static/long term" approach, and those using the cross-world PF as a kind of DF with more control.
Indeed, although it's not as simple because they have to use an external mean of communication, such a Discord or whatever to be practicable while planning things.
Also another disadvantage is members cannot help each other if they need help with something since they're not on same server. It's really a static with the least in-game interaction between its members. But of course that might suffice or fit the need of some raiders. So it's good it's now possible![]()
Actually, from what I can tell this isn't really possible.
You can form statics for current content since it's all in the Duty Finder... but if you intend for that static to stick together up to 4.0 when we get a new raid I don't think it will work.
You'll have to enter the new raid manually, through the open world entrance. You cant cross-server anything that requires manual entry (see: POTD).
They seem to be moving away from this. The Creator Savage is queued up for through Raid Finder and has been since inception.Actually, from what I can tell this isn't really possible.

It'll probably be in raid finder right away so you can probably do cross server statics. (It was one of the reasons why cross PF+raid finder were implemented so people could find statics without server transferring).Actually, from what I can tell this isn't really possible.

Put a password on it, queue RF and go.
It's a mixed bag. Nothing too toxic yet, but plenty of people leaving groups after second wipe in learning parties. Oh, and one guy was told to off himself, but I'm not sure if that was serious.
