I am not 100% yet on these, but fairly certain.
Since the last patch made buffs that are required to use certain abilities apply faster.
Dreadwrymtrance now starts slightly sooner and thus ends sooner as well.
This at first doesn't seem like a problem to anyone not familiar with Summoner, but the extra duration you get out of it applying faster is completely wasted due to the animation lock every off global cooldown skill, such as dreadwrymtrance itself, has for about a second, thus leaving you with less effective duration than prepatch.
Before this patch, an optimal Dreadwrymtrance consisted of using an instant cast like ruin 2, then swiftcast and dreadwrytrance followed by ruin 3, tri disaster and 5 more ruin 3s before you hit deathflare. While this still technically works, it is a lot tighter and requires more spellspeed to be possible than before, which is an unneccessary hit to Summoners effectiveness.
Also contagion seems to be a lot less responsive, though I am less certain on that issue being the case.
