Relic nerf

I was led to believe we would get a relic nerf today with the hotfixes from 3.5 stream SE made before the patch.

Was this missed, cause i cant see any mentions in the notes about the hotfixes. Was it a mistranslations and he referenced to 3.55 next month mayhaps?

I just want to buy Umbrite with different stuff. Farming lore is a mess and moodkiller.

Supposedly, Aether Oils are being nerfed on Tuesday. They've already said Umbrites won't be reduced until 3.55.

Who need that to be nerfed ? It takes at most 5 weekly CT quests to complete, while saving your tomestones for the painfully boring next step.

Lol such a limbo. First they say it come in 3.5, then thursday with the hotfixes and now rumored for tuesday or possibly next month with 3.55
I dont wanna spend 5 weeks of doing CT (which nobody ever runs anymore) and farming 1800 x 5 PLUS all the umbrites.. No thank you.

At the moment I'll stick with my Shire weapon and keep farming lights on my 1st Relic.
I was mostly curious for my wife who semi quit on her relic due to the anoying umbrite step

They said no nerf to umbrite/crystal sand step in 3.5. i'm expecting it in 3.55 or 4.0 but hopefully gonna blitz through some ARF runs this weekends to finish it off

EDIT: Just wanted to point out you can use Poetics to buy items to trade in to get umbrites. its not JUST lore to get umbrite. its still awful to do. but this makes it a lot quicker

I was farming aether oil, got my 230 ninja weapon, then proceeded for next step. But WTF, huge goddamn lore farm needed... so i said, fuck this i'm making my first 270 after next tuesday.

Not sure why all the Elemental Materia IV are twice their prices now (compared to pre-3.5) probably have higher demands now but it's not helping people who hope for some nerf.
