If you don't know what's a chat bubbles, here's an example. Pretty much is something that pop out when player chatting with each other, and it pop out right next to the character instead in chat box.

Dear god no, and this isn't really a letter... I was thinking this was going to be some thought invoking discourse on the trials and tribulations of Final Fantasy XIV, Developers, and the Player Base.
