Either way i hope they have a game plan to spice things up a bit in Stormblood, bigger budget or not.

Has S-E released any information regarding Heavenswards revenue between software sales, sub fees and such?

It's a false rumor which was never confirmed. Stop repeating it.
Some troll on gamefaqs created a trollpost and posted a link to SE investors relations site but these numbers are not in that link, in fact there was not a single word about Stormblood. The same post said there will be Viera race in 4.0.

His own speculation was the suppose increased budget meant Viera would happen. There is no mention of it being guaranteed.
