It was just a rumor people spread. The only claim involving budget was them saying for the first time they're gonna reinvest back into the game rather than giving Square as a whole their profits. This was only referring to server upgrades for more inventory. THAT'S IT. That's all we know

Either way i hope they have a game plan to spice things up a bit in Stormblood, bigger budget or not.

Has S-E released any information regarding Heavenswards revenue between software sales, sub fees and such?
