Teleport to Private Estate disappeared, Support Desk functions unusable

About 30 minutes ago, I was logged in (as I had been all day), re-decorating my private estate and gardening, then I teleported to a different area, and noticed the teleport shortcut at the top of the list to my private estate had gone missing. I logged out, restarted the game, changed areas, and it is still missing.

Furthermore, when trying to report the bug via Support Desk under "Report a Bug", the text fields are present but you cannot type anything into them.

As for my system, I play Final Fantasy XIV, current version (1/17/17 update) on Windows 7, and these bugs appeared around 00:00 Eastern Time, with no other issues beforehand. My Private Estate is in Lavender Beds, Ward 8, #23, on Hyperion server.

Did you, perhaps, remove the mini aetheryte while remodeling?

Maybe try removing the mini aetheryte and putting it back in afterwards?

I've had the "retrieving information" form problem before & the only way I could fix it was to completely leave the game, close it down & relaunch. It seems to be an issue between the client & certain services in the game that only a "reset" can solve.
