"Unable to accept a new duty"

Confirming this is also happening to me.

Have not withdrawn from anything and was successfully doing Frontlines duties via the DF, went AFK for about 30 mins (was not queued for anything), came back and unable to use duty finder. Getting:

"Unable to accept a new duty. Please try again later."

Side Note: I also tried zoning and was promptly d/c'd from the server with a 1,125 player queue to get back in. ;_;
