Summoner unable to pick up level 52 job quest

My character is on the Lamia Server.

On my alternate Character "Mystic Windstorm" I've set her up as a summoner.

She is now level 53 and I went to pick up my level 52 Job Quest from Y'mhitra in Old Gridania. Y'mhitra does not have a quest icon above her head.

I checked my journal log and I saw that the quest "A fitting Tomestone" was missing from it and I know that I completed it because I remember only receiving gil for completing it and had to chuckle.

When I logged in after the patch 3.5 update I went to the anarchist guild in Limsa Lominsa and picked up the /egiglamour quest from "Thubyrgeim" at the anarchist guild and completed that.

I then went to Y'mhitra to pick up my level 52 job quest which is when I discovered that she did not have the quest icon up for level 52. That is when I discovered the missing quest "A missing tomestone" that I had previously completed in my journal.

I'm thinking that the fact that I did the /egiglamour quest before doing my job quest caused this issue.

Please help or let me know what I am missing here.

I have a level 60 summoner on my main character and that one had no problems at all but that was pre-3.5.

Your acheivements seem to be hidden, but is it possible that you haven't completed the entirety of the 2.X main story questline?

Because if that's the case, then you will need to complete the 2.X ARR scenario quests, up to the first 3.0 Heavensward quest, until the game will flag you as able to pick up your level 52 quests.

To be able to pick up any lv 52 job quests if I recall right you have to have All your msq's done all the way up to the hw msq line.

Actually thinking about this I do believe you need to have he access to even do the lv 50 job quest that leads to the lv 52 job quest.

The game also tells you that you need to complete all of ARR and have 3.0 purchased and installed to begin your new quests.
