Also you can keybind "mute master volume" to something. 99% of the time I play with sound fully off in game, unless something is helpful to hear in a fight. Made it ctrl+alt+v so it's not something to easily accidentally press.

edit: there's hope though, maybe with XV done and the rumors of a tripled budget for 4.0 we'll get better quality then?

I am very sorry op but i dont agree. For me FFXIV does have some flaws comparing to other wellknown mmorpgs, BUT in terms of music, this is the mmorpg with the best music in the market atm, including the very latest content.

So ppl can complain about different aspects of the game, regarding music though for me, sorry its silly. Again nothing personal just an opinion

My only complain is in the 24 man raids, using bad regular dungeon boss music for the bosses, specially in Dun Scaith, where they even reused a song from an old dungeon as the final boss theme.
