Thread: Guide to WoD for MNK (3.4 Duty spoilers)

Because I wasn't sure if I should put this in Quests or not.

Anyway, I really struggled with this fight, being undergeared and whatnot, and I figured this would help anyone else, specifically MNKs with the same issue regarding the WoD duty

Phase 1: Attack Devout and DPS like your life depends on it. You can't stun her since she's fully resisted, so hit hard and fast. She will use Cure II. Watch out for AOE's and specifically the glowing arrow over your head. It's bad news. Run away from the battle in a place it cant harm you or anyone, and then you can go right back to your target. Move onto Magus and keep ignoring Warrior. His HP will melt too, followed by Ranger because easy target. Echo activated. Repeat this because the others will be fine.

Warrior will Holmgangbang everyone so just let it happen and a cutscene will play.

Phase 2: Devout first, same as before. Warrior will come after you but if you go to give your energy, someone will take the aggro off of you. Echo will activate. Devout... again, except this time Knight will come after you. He is not going to let up at all so you must kill him. I thought I could shake him off me but he wasn't going to give up, and wait too long and the Mage will get energy faster, so you're on the clock. Ranger will become a threat next and you need to kill her. Warrior will also be on your ass, get him off of it. Go give Aether. Echo activates. Devout once more, this time the Warrior will be your prime threat and you have to kill him. Give your energy a final time and victory pose or cry tears of joy.
