Unable to turn in Morels for Collectibles

Hello,

I have been trying to turn in Morel to the Collectible Appraiser in both Idyllshire and Mor Dhona but have been unsuccessful. I have items that range from 470-491 Collectibility, which exceeds the base 450 needed. When I attempt to hand in my collectible, I get the regular menu to turn it in; however, when I attempt to do so nothing happens. The item remains in my inventory and I get no Blue Scrips.

I have tried logging off and on as well as restarting my system completely and it has not worked. I'm out of solutions.

This issue has only started in patch 3.5 - I had no issues turning them in before.

I too have this issue. I am having this issue on both PC and PS4. I would like to turn them in on time to get the in demand bonus, but I guess I will just have to hold on to them until this is fixed. I also tried logging on and off, and restarting the game and it did not resolve the issue. Also, all of the morels I have are 450+ meeting the collectability requirement.

I am having the same problem with morels. was able to turn in other things. seems to be only a problem with morel

No idea when it'll be fixed, but they're probably rolling it into an update in the near future (probably reluctant to do multiple maintenances as they a lot of aggression each time they do one...)

I was able to turn it in the day after...and then can't again today. according to the known issues you just can't turn it in when it is starred.

Having the same issue. It worked earlier, logged out for a few hours and logged back in. Tried turning in some and no dice.

I am having this issue as well. I try to turn in the Morel and nothing happens

There's maintenance tomorrow, hopefully they'll fix this (they're aware of it, see my link above) and the problem with beast tribe vendors at the same time.
