Summoner Egi Glamour

I have been copying and pasting the commands directly from the patch notes and it keeps telling me "Unable to execute command at this time." When I type in the first part of the command, minus the carbuncle portion, it tells me that the next Garuda summoned will appear unglamoured so that much is working. Could anyone tell me what I'm doing wrong? Thanks in advance!

Though you solved your problem, I wanted to chime in because I have a friend who also had trouble with the command.

Anyone who has unlocked the /egiglamour command but experiences errors, do it using auto-translate phrases. This will make it harder to get spelling or capitalization or phrasing or something else wrong.

I'm having some difficulties with glamouring my Garuda-Egi into an Ifrit-Egi. Can Garuda not take the appearance of Ifrit? I've tried using the auto-translate with and without quotations to ensure no spelling or capitalization errors are occurring but I am still getting the message: "Ifrit-Egi" is not a valid pet name. Can anyone tell me what I'm doing wrong?

You cannot make one egi look like another egi, so Garuda cannot take the appearance of Ifrit/Titan or vis versa etc. The only glamour options you have is allowing the Carbuncles to take the appearance of the three egis, and being able to choose what colour represents them, so Ruby, Topaz or Emerald.

When they added egi glamours to the game, there was talk about expanding it with more options in the future, but it's been quite a while now and so far they haven't. It'd be nice if they finally got back to doing that.
