For blacklist function I'd like to see that it didnt paired with blacklisted players in the same party at all, only as enemies. But I guess it'll be abused.

In Overwatch if you spam the chat feature too much it'll lock up for a few seconds. Could do something like that.

Im pretty sure this is being done in protest. The only people I see spamming (beyond trying to get attention) are all familiar pvp names.
