Less content in the Stormblood when compared to Heavensward?

Keep in mind, on top of all the new content, zones, quests etc etc they are apparently reworking the battle system...

This includes a lot of planning and balancing on top of the presumed new 60-70 skills. Considering this, I can totally understand why they are limiting it to two new jobs - as throwing another job in the mix would just multiply the amount of planning and balancing by a good chunk.

I was thinking this and also the push to increase the inventory system to the limit would take /a lot/ of resources, imaging at least they have to rework many systems and go over code that may have been put together in a way that is now not easily modifiable lol (to get ARR out ASAP). Would be cool if they were able to get a glamour book out of it.
