Less content in the Stormblood when compared to Heavensward?

I remember when Heavensward released, lots of people were underwhelmed by the amount of content. Two starting primals, only two end-game dungeons... Well, I think you guys remember that too. I, on the other hand, thought it was a very good expansion with a lot of content to be done and was pretty satisfied. That said, I'm concerned about Stormblood.

As of now, Stormblood only brings one new beast tribe and primal to the table, and it was kind of 'confirmed' by an unattentive SE employer that we are only getting two jobs. The developers also announced that no new race is being added in the expansion and even Yoshida himself said we've seen 2/3 of the new content already.

For me, it sounds weird to have an expansion with a better budget deliver less content than an expansion with a lower budget. Is anyone else concerned on this matter? Are we going to have less and less content every expansion?

Well, there's that unconfirmed thing that got passed around about Stormblood having triple the budget. Who knows? I know a lot of people are saying if Stormblood is as disappointing as Heavensward we probably won't need to worry about future expansions.

This is why we all are posting here, it has been indeed said that the budget is higher; yet the content offered seems less than HW had in...Why? Each expansion should be bigger than the last, else people are going to become tired of all the monotony.

I think it will be more story driven and side story added in. Hence the more than double the budget compared to HW. I think the new areas in Stormblood will have much more to do than what HW had to offer. Possibly we could see another new game mode as well which could be the 3/3 you are looking for.

According to Yoshida it will be the same amount of quests/sidequests, but with a different ratio than Heavensward (if Heavensward was 100 MSQ and 100 SQ, Stormblood is gonna be 150 MSQ and 50 SQ) - and that's why I'm concerned.

Nothing they said or teased makes me think it will be at least at the same level that Heavensward was.

There isnt even a storm blood trailer so where would we have seen the new content at exactly?
