ARR Beast Tribe Vendors no longer selling items for gil

Steps:
1. Right-click on Vendor to bring up menu.
2. Menu lists three choices: Sylphic Goldleaf Exchange, Small Talk, Nothing. Prior to Patch 3.5, there were four choices, the first being purchasing items for gil.

I'm playing on the PC version of the client, and I've completed the newest Patch 3.5 Beast Tribe Quests.

Confirmed bug. I completed the 3.5 Beast Tribe quests and immediately lost access to all ARR vendors with the gil exchanges.

I've also finished the new "Allied" beast tribe quest, if it's related.

I am having the same issue. I went to buy something from the Ixali beastmen tribe, and it doesn't show to buy any items for gil.

I asked two people next to me, and they could see it. But some of us can't. I couldn't buy my snow white dye

Looks like the bug is definitely connected to the completion of the new 3.5 Beast Tribe quests. Several people who have not done the new quests have confirmed that they can still purchase items from the ARR beast tribe vendors with gil.
