Food?

Sorry I know there's probably been a thread about this but I need a comprehensive list of foods that give the following buffs.

• Piety
• Vitality
• Spell Speed

Any help would be most appreciated

Best bet would be to search the Market Boards as they generally categories food So evenutaly you'll find a list of Piety, Vit and Spell Speed.

Your best bet is Heavenly Eggnog if you really want those three particular secondaries.

If you instead want maximum Spell Speed, aim for Flaugnarde. Do be warned that you won't get any Piety that way, though.

As was said before, food is categorized by category on the MB so that's an easy way to get a list for meals that emphasize particular substats. Generally piety comes from drinks and spell speed comes from sweets, and vitality comes from literally every battle meal. Within each category they are also organized by level, though you'll need to do a little math to find the right one. Generally though the crafting level of the item is a good indicator of the level it's meant for, and if you're level capped you can start at the end and work your way back until you find the first one you're not capped on.

Oh that's a shame! Another thing I can think about is that Ariyala's lists mage food when you're planning gear sets, but I'm not sure if all possible options are included there (the best ones definitely should be).
