[Vote] Should 4.0 housing be only buyable after HW is unlocked? (Or similar)

Just wondering everyones thoughts and maybe we can voice out to SE. We KNOW housing rush will happen in 4.0. However if it was limited to those chars who can either A: Enter Western Highlands or B: Have completed 3.0 MSQ

This would stop all that use simple level 50 2nt LT alts to house flip etc. While this is only for buying the plot, wouldnt have any impact on FC members or shared houses since thats just a teleport in.

On a side note, None of this would be needed if Alts could share the main house on the account anyways... Would be niftier if it was 1 personal house per account.

They took their alts up to that point already, what makes you think someone getting millions of gil for house flipping isn't going to level them up a bit further?

I've a better idea, plots/houses shouldn't be resellable, solves more problems than just the one you highlight.

I wouldn't want any potential SB housing to be released in 4.0. The rush people would have to do through the story to have a chance at housing (if in limited quantities) would be insane. Better to keep it until 4.1 or something.

Well I still say if SE wouldnt treat peoples alts as a totally new life... many wouldnt need a 2nd house. I mean would be nice if one could use a house to least share among all the chars. Bad enough we cant trade between them unless using FC chest.

As for comment on content locked. Housing area wouldnt change that. Cause those chars could still get one of the 3 housing zones when people move to 4.0.

Last thing I think we want to see is an instant server crash at launch... just to see all the house flippers get on and spam the area.
