Please stop mentioning this as a DX/DX9/DX11 problem. Everything else (more demanding things too) work perfectly fine under DX. Patch 3.5 doesnt.
The _dx11 you see there is only part of the game's filename.

Add another person to the list of people being screwed by this!
And I was in Ul'dah. Not even a residential area!
Completely re-installing the game + updating drivers&re-installing Windows 10 didn't do anything but the game crashes less often (once or twice per day).
I've also been affected by this since the 3.5 update. Usually happens when I exit the game, but i've also had it crash randomly during teleports and exiting duty.
Playing on a fresh install of Windows 10.
Getting basically the same error on DX9. I think it's only happened when I'm zoning into a residential area. It happens for me in Goblet, but I saw a few people complaining about it on discord that it happens to them in Lavendar Beds. This has only started since 3.5. I really hate getting DC'd like 10 times a day because I wanted to go to my house and then I chose to leave my house through the door (going back into the Goblet) instead of teleporting out to somewhere else. Housing is not a great feature anymore when it causes so many DCs. >.<
Same thing happened to me here, just as I was exiting my FC's house in Lavender Beds (and also on my private house). Hopefully the maintenance today will address this issue.
Just wanted to add that I'm experiencing this issue as well.
For me it seems to happen when I leave a house, Has happened about 6 times.
It has also happened when leaving the squadron barracks, and also once teleporting to another zone from Idyllshire.

Getting this same error randomly when I teleport. It doesn't just happen when I'm porting to my houses either, just randomly happens once in a while and its very frustrating.
