What Type Of Guild Are You In?

I know theres a ton of guilds out there with different styles, Social Guilds, Hardcore/Midcore/Casual Guides, RPGuilds, Progression Guides

Im personally in a Economical type Guild, We have all the tools we need to reach whatever goals our members are looking for, and we use the marketboard as a last resort really only to sell to make profit.

A example would be - If a member needed some Darksteel Ore (which is a node that spawns 1AM at CCH) Members would gladly come over and help gather it if only 4 members did this we would produce over a stack of 99.

Its the same with Crafting, the Crafters help the Raiders with Gear, Potions, Foods, Etc. Where if a certain Crafter or Gatherer couldnt get through content Raiders would certainally help (Ie. Carrying)

And from there it goes full circle.

Believe it or not but it works perfectly at the end of the day everyone wins, and is only possitive.

So what type of Guild are you in or run? i'd im eager or know.

FOX on Behemoth - Definitely a Social FC, especially considering who the the leader is... We got beer and wings! Join us on the Cool Kids' Table!

    Solo.

I did try to branch out...twice. But it is so hard to have a growing guild when it's like pulling teeth to get others to help out and then annoying to listen to them complain and whine about lack of guild activities (which they don't show up for in the first place when there were some). And the best part, having them cuss you out of voice chat for their own lack of progress because you didn't do x y or z for them because it is not their responsibility to do anything for themselves.

If I could find a group of people that I get along with and want to have a successful guild to help me out like I had in XI, maybe plan an event or two, donate to w/e when they have the means, help recruit or just do something to take the load off that would be wonderful and I would be happy to try to help build a good mini community.

Til then, solo. I prefer to use linkshells for endgame groups, socializing and activities.

Our own. After 4-5 larger FC's where it was just raid groups anyways, and no one wanted to do stuff unless the rest of their group wasnt around, got sick of it and just made one. Still do the same things, just less drama.

That's a tough one, defining my FC. Our leader is a master crafter, but also runs all the airships so has the gil to gear himself. I'm probably geared just under him, but he's made some of my stuff so no complaints. The workshop projects get tackled quickly. We try to do a bit of the endgame stuff but usually fail. We laugh and learn though, and try to do stuff together as time permits. Scheduling stuff has always been hard and there are those people that just want to progress, so they normally don't stick around.

I get Micah though. Seen that happen way too many times.

I'm in a Free Company with my alt so I can use the shared storage to transfer items between the character that primarily crafts and the character I primarily play. Maybe if SE would actually allow us to add alternate characters to our friend list so I can mail items between them instead I could be in a free company with actual people!

Rp sort of. More of a group of people who like each other and enjoy shooting the breeze on discord. Easy going best describes it I think.

Filthy casuals when we're lazy. But we do occasionally do primal EX runs, or like last Thursdays: raining maps.

We get random sometimes, like my in game husband/rl fiance start slap wars with FC lead.
