Common melee-DPS gear. (QoL)

Id rather FAIR play. If other classes have common gear (have a joy of switching anytime they want and playing without the nesassaty to grind another set), I, playing by monk, want to have the same JOY. I dont want to waste a lot of time for grind another set, I can spend my time in other way. I like to play by melee DPS

But it is fair play? you can play as any job you like, you can get any gear you like. Your only limiting yourself by not playing jobs that share gear.
